Q Plus Quality Management & Engineering Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company”) respects the privacy of job applicants, website users, and visitors.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use personal information, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and its Amendment No. 13.

  1. Information voluntarily provided by job applicants, including CVs, contact details, employment history, education, and other relevant information submitted as part of the recruitment process.

  2. Technical information that may be automatically collected when using the Company’s website, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, visit duration, and pages viewed.

Purpose of Use

The Company may use the information for the following purposes:

  • Assessing applicants’ suitability for employment within the Company and managing recruitment processes.

  • Communicating with applicants, including retaining candidate details for future positions (subject to consent).

  • Operating and maintaining the website, improving services, and enhancing user experience.

  • Complying with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

Data Storage and Security

  • Personal information is stored in the Company’s databases in accordance with the law and subject to Amendment No. 13.

In accordance with Amendment No. 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, any individual whose data is held by the Company has the right to:

  • Request that their personal information not be used for direct marketing purposes.
